I started my career at Northbridge over 15 years ago as a Claims Adjuster. I've held various progressive roles over the years, one of which was the role of National Director, Claims Business Support. It was this role that brought me to beautiful Vancouver - a city that I believe is so central to my being here today! Outside of work, I love to do all things that resonate with the west coast - including ski and snowboarding season and taking long summer walks with my dog at the beach.

Embracing new opportunities

Throughout my time here, I've had leaders and mentors who cheered me on and helped me be successful - for which I will always be grateful. Thanks to this support, I felt confident in pursuing my current role as Business Development Manager despite the fact that it was unlike anything I'd done before. The people here make it so easy to stretch yourself - they're willing to answer questions, sit down with you, show you systems, and give you an understanding of anything and everything when you need it! Quickly, my favourite part of this job has become the relationships I get to build with our brokers and underwriting teams.
